Leucorrhea women discharge
In Ayurveda, Leucorrhea is believed to be caused by the aggravation or vitiation of kapha dosha. This commonly occurs in females who are weak, emaciated and anaemic. This is characterised by a discharge from the female genital tract. It is often associated with infection of the genital tract by some organism. Organisms apart, some metabolic and hormonal disturbances are responsible for this disease. Patients suffering from chronic leucorrhea become irritable and it is often associated with digestive disturbances. For the treatment of this ailment, it is necessary to locate the exact causative factor for this disease. It can be caused by fungal infections, chronic constipation, weakness, anaemic and hormonal disturbances. Whenever the body is loaded with toxins due to wrong dietary habits and the eliminative organs such as skin, bowels, lungs and kidneys are unable to eliminate the toxins, the body produces a profuse discharge or elimination through the mucous membrane of the uterus and vagina in the form of leucorrhoea. In the case of advanced, chronic inflammatory conditions of these organs, it leads to a discharge with pus, offensive in odour and colour varying from cream to yellow or light green. In addition to the whitish discharge from the vagina, the patient feels week and tired. She also suffers from pain in the lumbar region and the calves and a dragging sensation in the abdomen. Other symptoms are constipation, frequent headaches and intense itching. In chronic form, the patient feels irritable and develops black patches under the eyes. Leucorrhea basically occurs due to poor health & unhygienic condition of the female genital organ. Vaginal irritation with burning and discharge is the main symptom. A vaginal discharge that has an odor or that is irritating usually is considered an abnormal discharge. The irritation might be itching or burning, or both. The itching may be present at any time of the day, but it often is most bothersome at night. These symptoms often are made worse by sexual intercourse. "Vaginitis" is a medical term used to describe various conditions that cause infection or inflammation of the vagina. Yeast infections of the vagina are what most women think of when they hear the term "vaginitis." Yeast infections are caused by one of the many species of fungus called candida. Candida normally live in small numbers in the vagina, as well as in the mouth and digestive tract, of both men and women. Yeast infections produce a thick, white vaginal discharge with the consistency of cottage cheese. Yeast infections usually cause the vagina and the vulva to be very itchy and red. |
FERTILITY TREATMENT |
It’s important to remember that herbs are not conventional medical
drugs. People who are considering using herbs to help their fertility
problems should keep in mind that this type of medicine looks to address
both the mind and the body. It is about balancing out the body and
treating the person as a whole, not just treating the symptoms. |
