  • Hearing the name 7TH HEAVEN made me wonder what kind of masks these were. When they arrived from the company I instantly recognized the packaging as I expect you will too. Montagne Jeunesse asked their fans to rename their company. It’s not that I haven’t bought their masks in the past, it’s that I couldn’t pronounce it or spell it. Happily I can pronounce and spell 7th Heaven and found that it’s the name that changed, not these great masks.
    “30 years ago we began mixing natural vegetarian treats in our vegetarian kitchen.
    We needed a name – something that summed up our fun loving attitude & natural herbal roots…
    Something to let the world know what kind of caring people we are – it had to be catchy and roll-off-the-tongue…
    Unfortunately all the cool laid-back names were already taken… ;
    We finally agreed on Montagne Jeunesse, French for Mountain Youth
    Hands (paws) up all those clever-clogs who can pronounce it?
    We get it! Everyone instantly knows our iconic face but no one can say our name.
    So, we asked our fans, ‘help us rename the baby’
    And 7th Heaven was discovered!”

    I have two of these masks and soon two of you will have them also. Tea Tree Peel-Off mask was created to “D-Stress”. Argan Oil Mud was created to deeply cleanse. The 7th Heaven masks are all priced at $1.99 and can be found in Walmart stores (I couldn’t find them online).
    I couldn’t wait to use the Tea Tree Peel-Off Mask. It sounded like fun and it actually was. You apply this all over your face and down your neck. It’s green and sticky but quickly becomes like a second skin as it dries. Then relax or go about your business because this mask is going nowhere.

    Peeling it off is great fun because you can get most of it off all at once. Start at your chin and pull outwards.

    I gathered my bits and pieces to show you the aftermath. When I looked closely at the mask I could see my dead skin had been removed. It was a satisfying feeling.

    While this is recommended for all skin types I think it’s best for combination and normal skin.  The main ingredients are pressed Tea Tree leaves, crushed Witch Hazel and Pressed Willowherb

    Argan Oil Mask is recommended for Combination and Oily Skin. My skin is combination and dry but it didn’t seem to care at all what the package said.

    7th Heaven Argan Oil Mud Mask is a once a week mask with terrific ingredients. It contains Moroccan Argan Oil and rich Acai Berries (a great antioxidant). This mask really cleans your pores well. While it’s not as cute to look at once on, it’s great when you remove it and feel how great your skin is.

    The mask comes out as a beige but dries into a calamine lotion pink. It sets but it doesn’t harden so you can still talk if you want (unlike the Tea Tree Peel Off which didn’t allow me to talk). There’s a fruity fragrance to this but when you wash it off after you won’t notice it. It washes off without a problem when I use a washcloth.
